Pansexuality is often confused or intertwines with bisexuality, bisexuality is attraction towards both sexes, male and female, whereas, pansexuality is much broader, it includes sexual attraction towards members of all genders, including transgender, transsexual, cross-dressing, androgyne, androgen, two-spirited, gender-fluid, all other gender identifications, and also those who do not feel that they have any gender.

The term pansexuality can overlap with bisexuality, but there is a profound difference between the two terms, the main difference is that gender or sex plays do play a role in attraction.
