PROFILE:

-Edit/View Profile: Here you can see your profile exactly as it would appear to others, you can update your profile based on many different criterion. -Completing Profile: Feel free to fill as many or fewer fields as you want, we suggest entering as much information as you can so that others can learn more about you. -Upload Photos: You can add your photos by clicking on the add or edit button, which can be found by hovering on the respective images. -Attach Photos: You can attach your photo by clicking on the browse button, you may also drag and drop a file from your file explorer. -Update Photos: You can upload a new photo to replace the old one, by doing so the old photo will be removed and the new one will appear. -Remove Photos: You can remove any of your photos by clicking on the edit and then on the remove button, note that you won't be able to recover removed photos. -Profile Photo: Your profile photo would be used as your main photo in your profile and everywhere else, its dimensions are 250px x 250px. -Poster Photo: Your poster photo would be used as the canvas photo in your profile and everywhere else, its dimensions are 1200px x 1200px. -Default Photos: A default profile and poster image would appear, if you don't upload either one of the photos. -Additional Photos: You can and should upload additional photos that would appear in the photos section of your profile, doing so can get you a lot more responses. -Crop Photos: You may also make use of the cropping tools to adjust your uploaded images, you can also see a preview of how your photo would appear in the preview box. -Photo Quality: Keep in mind that uploading good quality photos will make a dramatic difference to your profile, make sure to upload good quality images as per what is allowed and suggested by us. -No Photos: Profiles without any profile or poster photos would get very limited exposure and may not appear in search results, this can diminish your exposure. -Inappropriate Photos: Uploading inappropriate or fake photos is strictly prohibited and will lead to deletion of your profile, it will also lead to a permanent ban on our platform. -Inappropriate Language: Entering inappropriate or vulgar language is strictly prohibited and will lead to deletion of your profile, it will also lead to a permanent ban on our platform. -Screening: All profiles/photos will go through a screening process before they appear on our platform, we reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any profile/photo that does not comply with our guidelines. -Violations: All profiles/photos must adhere to our general profile/photo guidelines or they may be removed, members who continuously post content that are against our general guidelines may get banned from further posting, and their account may also get permanently terminated, so refrain from posting content that is against our Terms of Use. -Best Practices: Always keep your profile updated and fill out as much info as possible, also upload a few of your best photos to make a lasting impression.

MATCHES:

-Inbox: Here you can see the list of messages you have received from others, here you will also see users with whom you have matched with a mutual like/love. -Sending Messages: Members can send messages for the first time from a user's profile, subsequent messages or replies can be sent either from the profile or from the inbox. -Deleting Messages: Messages can be deleted by clicking on delete icon, deleted messages will be permanently deleted from the system and there will be no way to restore them. -Spam Alert: We allow users to send five subsequent messages without getting a reply from the other side, after that you must wait for a reply before sending more messages to that person. -Read Notifications: Here you can see the list of messages you have received from others, here you will also see users with whom you have matched with a mutual like/love. -Message Retention: We only store and populate the last 100 messages in each thread, older messages are automatically deleted by using the concept of LIFO last in first out. -Violations: Members may be banned or their account may be terminated if they try to send messages that don’t comply with our general guidelines, so stay away from spamming. -Copy Paste: Copy paste is disabled in order to avoid spam, you must type out your messages in full. -Best Practices: Be creative and send eye catching messages to get a fast response, people usually like a more personalized message.

INTERESTS:

-Likes/Loves Received: Here you can see the list of all the likes/loves you received from others, all interests received will expire in 30 days and will be removed from this list. -Likes/Loves Sent: Here you can see the list of all the likes/loves you sent to others, all interests sent will expire in 30 days and will be removed from this list. -Profile Views: Here you can the see the list of profiles you viewed. -Profile Viewers: Here you can see the list of users who viewed your profile. -Mutual Interests: Any mutual like/love will be moved from interests to the inbox/matches. -Best Practices: Send interests to like minded people, promptly respond back to interests received before they expire.

SEARCH:

-Search Options: Here you can search profiles based on multiple criterion, please note that only paid members have access to all search criterion and carry unlimited searches on our platform. -Best Practices: Search for desired members as per your preferences, try not to put too many filters at the same time as that can significantly reduce the number of search results.

SETTINGS:

-Settings: Here you can change settings for your profile: -Limits: Here you can see limits remaining or available for photos, messages, likes, loves, blocks. -Premium Settings: Here you can change settings for the following. --Go Underground --Go Undercover -Notification Settings: Here you can change notification settings for the following. --New Message --New Like/Love --Promotional Emails --Stats Emails -Gender Seeking: Here you can update your gender in case you entered it incorrectly while signing up, this can only be updated once if you made a mistake earlier. -Your Location: Here you can update your actual location in case it has changed, make sure to enter your accurate location. -Full Name: Here you can update your name as it would appear on our platform, we suggest that you use your real full name. -Change Password: Here you can update your password to access your account, we suggest that you change your password periodically to safeguard access to your account. -Update Email Address: Here you can update your email address so that we always have your most updated email address, you must verify your email address before it goes into effect. -Date of Birth: Here you can update how your date of birth would appear, you can either choose to display your full birth date and month or just your age. -Blocked Profiles: Here you can find list of users you have blocked, you can also unblock them from here for a limited time. -Close Account: Here you can permanently close your account and delete all your content which includes but not limited to your profile and articles posted, please note that this action is irreversible in most cases. -Best Practices: Review your default settings and adjust as per your preferences, your privacy is in your full control.

UPGRADE:

-Account Upgrade: Here you can upgrade your account and enjoy exclusive benefits that are only available to paid members, please note that only profiles in approved status are eligible for an upgrade, we reserve the right to decline any upgrade, with or without any reason. -Additional Products: Here you can add additional products to power up your profile with additional benefits, we reserve the right to decline any purchase. -Account Cancellations: While it is not possible to cancel your upgrade, you can always close your account whenever you want. -Processing Refunds: No refunds will be given after a successful upgrade under any circumstances, unless there is an error from our side. -Best Practices: It is highly recommended that you upgrade your profile to make the best use of our services, free accounts have very limited features.

BLOCK/UNBLOCK:

-Blocking: You can block any profile you like, but keep in mind that all likes, loves, mutuals, messages will get permanently deleted, in order to block any user, simply click on the “Block Profile” button at the bottom of the profile page. -Unmatching: You can unmatch any profile you like, but keep in mind that all likes, loves, mutuals, messages will get permanently deleted, in order to unmatch any user, simply click on the “Delete” icon in inbox. -Visibility: If you block/unmatch a user, neither of you can access each other's profile. -Privacy: Due to the privacy of our members, the other party will not be informed if you decide to block or unblock them. -Unblocking: You can unblock any blocked user from your settings page, doing so will not restore any previous likes, loves, mutuals, messages, etc. -Best Practices: You should only block members who you don't want to interact with, you can unblock them for a limited period after which they may get permanently blocked.

REPORT PROFILES/ARTICLES:

-Reporting: In order to report abuse of any item, simply click on the “Report Abuse” button. -Reasons: We encourage all our members to report abuse of any profile or articles if they find anything that doesn’t adhere to our general posting guidelines, reporting due to personal reasons is not allowed. -Privacy: Due to privacy issues, we will not be able to disclose the outcome of any specific case that is reported to us. -Violations: Wrongful reporting may lead to termination of your account, so please make sure there is a legitimate reason for your reporting. -Best Practices: Report profiles or articles that you think violate our term of use, we appreciate your valuable input.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

-Like Profiles: In order to like any profile, simply click on the "Like" button. -Love Profiles: In order to love any profile, simply click on the "Love" button. -Locations/Countries: We are only accepting select new users/members from the US and Canada at the moment, more regions will be added in the near future. -Data Retention: You own your data, once you close your account, it is then permanently deleted from our end, after that we don't retain your data such as profile details, articles posted, etc. -Recover Password: Simply click on the recover password link on the login page, then click on the email address you used to register your account and we will email you your login credentials. -Account Creation: Click on the sign up link that can be found in the top navbar or in the dropdown of user icon, then fill out the form. -Account Activation: After submitting the sign up form, enter the activation code emailed to you in order to activate your account and to login. -Account Login: Click on the sign in link that can be found in the top navbar or in the dropdown of user icon, then enter your username and password. -Unactivated Accounts: Accounts that are not activated within 10 minutes of creation are automatically deleted, you may create a new account if that happens. -Inactive Accounts: Accounts that are inactive and are not upgraded to a paid plan may get deleted by us, always make sure you keep your account active if you wish use our services. -Account Deletions: We reserve the rights to delete any account at any time with or without notice, this usually happens due to violations of our terms of use. -Account Restrictions: We reserve the rights to restrict or inactivate any account at any time with or without notice, this usually happens due to violations of our terms of use. -Email Notifications: Please check your spam/junk folder for account sensitive emails such as for activation code etc.

POST ARTICLES:

-Packages: We offer two types of article packs, personal non-commercial and business commercial. -Buying Articles: Article packs can be purchased from the upgrade page by clicking on the buy now button, unused credits expire if not used within a year. -Screening Articles: All articles will go through a screening process before they appear on our platform, we reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any article that does not comply with our guidelines. -Sharing Articles: Articles posted can be shared on various platforms with just a click on a button, this can be found at the bottom of each article page. -Posting Articles: You must buy credits if you want to publish articles on our platform. -Posted Articles: Here you can see and manage the list of articles that you have already posted, only you can see this list. -Editing Articles: Articles posted can be edited by going to the article detail page and clicking on the edit button, the option to edit will be disabled 7 days after publishing an article. . -Formatting Articles: Tools such as bold/italics/underline/links are also available, the option to edit will be disabled 7 days after publish an article. -Deleting Articles: Articles posted can be deleted by going to the article detail page and clicking on the delete button but you must first remove any uploaded images, the option to delete will be disabled 7 days after publishing an article. -Hyperlinks: You can include 1-2 non-promotional links for personal non-commercial articles and 1-2 promotional links for business commercial articles, no spammy links are allowed. -SEO: Articles posted are search engine friendly and will appear in search results on all popular search engines such as Google, Bing, etc. -Violations: All articles must adhere to our general posting guidelines or they may be removed, members who continuously post articles that are against our general guidelines may be banned from further posting and their account may also be permanently terminated, so refrain from posting content that is against our Terms of Use. -Validity: All articles posted are going to be permanently posted unless otherwise stated, as long as you follow our guidelines. -Refund: Please note that after a while editing/deleting will be disabled, and there won't be any refund for any deleted articles. -Best Practices: Post articles if you want to reach millions of relevant audience across the web, this is perhaps the best way to reach out to a huge audience.
